TRIBUTE TO THE LEGEND WHO CREATED A VAST WORLD OF READING

*CELEBRATING THE JOY OF READING* To provide a propitious environment, to instill the love of reading where young talents would have a great learning experience, to commemorate the contributions of William Shakespeare in the world of Literature, 'World Book Day' & William Shakespeare's birthday was observed in our school on 23rd April with great enthusiasm under the able guidance of the teachers in the Department of English. Each grade of our secondary section took part in a range of activities celebrating reading. Students exhibited the importance of the day through chart representation focussing Shakespeare's contribution to the world of English Literature. More enriching participation was in the poster making, designing a book cover & book review of their favourite books. Overall, it was an engrossing as well as a learning experience for the children.

*Celebrating Scientific Temper !!* National Science Day is celebrated every year on February 28 to mark the discovery of Raman Effect by our Nobel Laureate, C V Raman. Almost everything that eases our daily life are the wonders of modern science. To raise awareness on the importance of science that has in our daily lives, our students involved themselves in various activities with immense passion. The planning is designed by our Science faculties to celebrate the scientific temper on the occasion of National Science Day.
